DESCRIPTION
The Welding Positioner is a specialized material handling machine designed to rotate and tilt cylindrical or flat workpieces to the optimal welding angle. By allowing the welder to work in a "downhand" or flat position, it significantly improves weld quality, penetration, and speed while reducing operator fatigue. This model features a robust circular turntable and a high-torque tilting mechanism that allows for a full 180-degree tilt, enabling the workpiece to be flipped completely. It is widely used in the fabrication of pressure vessels, pipe headers, flanges, and circular tank seams.
