DESCRIPTION
The SS 316L Slip-On Raised Face (SORF) Flange (ASA 150) is the premium standard for high-corrosion environments. While SS 304 is suitable for general use, the 316L grade contains Molybdenum, which provides superior resistance to chlorides and marine environments. The "L" stands for Low Carbon, which prevents "sensitization" during welding, ensuring the joint remains as corrosion-resistant as the rest of the pipe.​
