At MEPBUY By Metrix Engineers India Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience for our valued customers. Below is our return and refund policy, designed to address any concerns you may have regarding your orders:

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if your product meets any of the following conditions:

  • Physically damaged, defective, or has in-transit damage.
  • Missing parts, accessories, or incomplete packaging.
  • Different from its description on MEPBuy.com.

Returns will only be processed if:

  • The product was not damaged while in your possession.
  • The product matches the original order details.
  • The product is returned in its original condition, including the manufacturer’s box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and all original accessories.
  • A return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery. For damaged or missing items, the request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence.

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page.
  • Products labelled as "Made to Order" or customized for the customer.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear by the customer.
  • Consumable items that have been used or installed.
  • Items purchased under promotional or flash deals.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a return/exchange request through the "My Orders" section on MEPBuy.com or contact our customer support team at support@mepbuy.com.
  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue along with photographic or video evidence of the product’s condition and packaging.
  3. Depending on the availability of our logistics partner, we will either:

Arrange a pickup from your location within 2-3 business days, or

Request you to send the product to our address via courier. Reimbursement for courier charges will be provided upon submission of valid proof.

  1. Once the product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection which typically takes 2 working days.  If the product passes the inspection, we will initiate the exchange or refund process as per your preference.
  2. In case your exchange is approved, it will be delivered to you within 7-10 business days
  3. In case of returns, we will credit the refund amount to your original payment source within 7-10 working days.
  4. In case of exchanges, we will deliver the exchanged/replaced product within 4-5 business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed promptly once the returned product has passed our quality inspection. The refund process is as follows:

  • For prepaid orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  • For COD orders: Refunds will be processed via NEFT/cheque/demand draft. Customers must provide the following details:
    • Bank Name
    • Account Number
    • Account Holder’s Name
    • IFSC Code

When Refunds Are Not Provided

  • Return requests are made outside the specified timeframe.
  • Products are returned in incomplete condition, missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Products are used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products were sold as part of a combo or set and not returned in entirety.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • If an order is cancelled post-dispatch, it will be treated as a return, and logistics charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3 business days from the cancellation confirmation.

Additional Terms

  • Customers are required to share an unboxing video when reporting missing or damaged items to facilitate quick resolution.
  • For faulty electronics or machinery, customers are advised to contact the nearest authorized service centre for repair/replacement.
