User Agreement

• The Platform reserves the right to terminate memberships, suspend accounts, or restrict access at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of non-compliance with this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or violations of applicable laws.
• User(s) whose accounts have been suspended temporarily or indefinitely are not eligible to use or avail themselves of the services.

• The Platform records User(s)’ browsing and transactional activities, including contact details and profiles, to provide value-added services.
• While the Platform endeavours to offer a secure environment, it does not guarantee a risk-proof experience and advises User(s) to perform due diligence before engaging in transactions with others on the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, User(s) agree to abide by this Agreement and any additional terms, conditions, or rules imposed by the Platform or applicable laws. The Platform reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at its sole discretion.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

• Users agree to update their account information promptly to ensure its accuracy and completeness at all times.
